This was my first visit for an appointment with Dr. Wen. It was from when I first entered the building I knew I was in a good place. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Wen was truly concerned about my dental health and wanted me to be comfortable with the dental treatment moving forward. He understands the patients anxiety and concerns. I know he listened and understood me with my anxiety. He explained all my options and the front desk explained the financial information right up front. I’m looking forward to getting on a treatment plan so I will continue going there until all treatment in my mouth is completed.

I recently went to Kent Smiles Dentistry for an annual exam and had Dr. Wen. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel a lot less anxious throughout the visit (I usually get a lot of anxiety going to the dentist). He took his time to explain everything to me in an easy to follow way and answered all my questions. Thanks so much for such a great visit and I highly recommend both Dr. Wen and Kent Smiles!

Dr. Wen was friendly, fast and efficient. He was very accommodating with my work schedule. My initial exam he told me exactly what I needed and recommended my most important dental needs first but wasn’t pushy. He did x-rays, exam, deep cleaning, filling on first visit. I am very happy and pleased with Dr. Wen

First impression of Kent Smiles Dentistry was amazing. The staff is very efficient and their equipment is up to date. I initially went in for an emergency appt because I had a gum abscess (thinking I was just going to have an exam and get some antibiotics). We took a full examination of my teeth and found some issues that needed attention immediately. I needed a tooth extracted because of how deep the infection was. Dr Wen was careful and super professional about explaining what procedures needed immediate attention and what our plan for the future was. The young man at the front desk went over my insurance and assisted me with setting up a payment plan for the unexpected cost of the days visit. I was not prepared financially for what I needed done during my visit but Todd did an amazing job of exhausting all options and finally we were able to set up a payment I can handle and still get my tooth extracted. Thank you Dr Wen and staff. I had an amazing experience and will continue my dental care at your office.

My first impression at Kent Smile Dentistry was extremely positive. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The office was clean, organized, and ran smoothly, which immediately put me at ease. I appreciated how the team took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explain the options available to me, helping me feel confident about creating a treatment plan that fits my needs. Michelle at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. She made the check-in process simple, answered my questions patiently, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. My appointment with Dr. Coleman was just as reassuring, professional, thorough, and attentive. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very comfortable and positive experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing my care there.
